Emma

Emma is quite the little helper...actually, she is a HUGE help! We are continually grateful for Emma's thoughtful, selfless, eager to help others personality. On each of our visits with the children, Emma is always a tremendous help to us. She knows her brother and sister very well! She knows who likes grape jelly and who likes strawberry (this is very important information!), she can figure out what Nathan is saying when the rest of us are dumbfounded (I still can never understand him saying "cereal bar"), she can tell if Abby is sad or grumpy (she kinda has the same expression for both). One place where we really appreciate Emma's help is in the car. She thinks up games to play or organizes a sing-alongs to help keep everyone entertained. On the 2 hour car ride from our house to the ferry for our trip to the Vineyard, Emma worked her magic again and got grumpy boy Nate to cheer up and sing us a song. Thanks Emma for being such a great helper to us, we really appreciate you. You are a very special little girl and we love you so much!
